Delivery
-We offer FREE delivery for all orders.
*Orders are being dispatched from our warehouse in the Republic of Ireland.
*Orders placed before 1:00 pm on weekdays will be shipped out by end of the day.
Processing Time
The estimated processing time is 1-3 working days.

Ireland: The estimated shipping time is 1-3 working days.
UK: The estimated shipping time is 2-4 working days.
EU Mainland: The estimated shipping time is 3-5 working days.
Disclaimer: Occasionally due to carrier volume, holidays, peak periods, customs processing delays, inaccurate or incomplete shipping information (eg, recipient address PO Box, missing or incorrect recipient phone number ) or non-delivery or refusal of the recipient to accept delivery.
Packages are shipped only on working days, not including holidays.
Cancellation Policy
Please contact us at help@ggcir.com as soon as possible if you want to cancel order. Kindly note that orders cannot be cancelled after parcel dispatched.
Track Your Order
A tracking email will be sent to you once the information is available. You may use the tracking link to track your order.
You will be provided with a DPD Tracking number upon order fulfillment, you may track your delivery at one of the below websites.

Disclaimer for Incorrect Shipping Information
We are not responsible if a package cannot be delivered due to missing, incomplete or incorrect destination information. Please be careful to enter the correct shipping details at checkout.
Delivered but Not Delivered
If the tracking information confirms that the item was delivered to your order address, but you have not received your order, please contact the carrier for more information. We are not responsible for packages that are delivered but not received. Shipping costs will not be refunded for orders that cannot be delivered.
If the package is returned by the post office or carrier, then it is destroyed or becomes an unregistered package on the way back.
Since no one paid for the return, it could be lost or destroyed by customs on the way back. If we receive your return package, an additional fee will be charged to cover the costs ocurred.
