Office Chair Installation Instructions

Congratulations on your purchase of a high-quality office chair from GGCIR! Proper installation ensures maximum comfort and performance from your new chair. Please follow these simple steps for assembly:

Step 1: Unboxing

Carefully unpack the contents of the box. Ensure that all components listed in the instruction manual are included.(Please contact us at help@ggcir.com if there are missing parts)

Step 2: Assembly Tools

Before beginning assembly, make sure you have all the necessary tools readily available. Typically, an Allen wrench (included in the package) will be needed.

Step 3: Base Assembly

Start by attaching the wheels to the base of the chair. Simply press the wheels into the designated sockets until they click securely into place.
Next, attach the hydraulic piston to the center of the chair base. Insert the piston into the center hole and gently push until it is firmly in place.

Step 4: Seat and Backrest Assembly

Carefully place the seat onto the piston, ensuring that the mounting holes align with those on the base.
Attach the backrest to the seat using the provided screws. Use the Allen wrench to secure the backrest firmly in place.

Step 5: Armrest Installation (if applicable)

If your chair comes with armrests:

Align the armrests with the designated slots on the seat.
Insert the screws provided into the pre-drilled holes and tighten them using the Allen wrench.

Step 6: Headrest Installation (if applicable)

For chairs with a headrest:

Attach the headrest to the backrest using the provided screws. Align the headrest with the designated slots on the backrest and secure it in place with the Allen wrench.

Step 7: Lumbar Support Installation (if applicable)

For chairs with lumbar support:

Slide the lumbar support attachment into the designated slot on the backrest.
Adjust the position of the lumbar support to your preference.

Step 8: Final Adjustments

Once all components are securely attached, adjust the height of the chair using the hydraulic lever located underneath the seat. Sit on the chair and adjust the height to your desired level.

Step 9: Safety Check

Before use, double-check all screws and connections to ensure they are tight and secure. Test the chair by gently rocking it back and forth to ensure stability.

Step 10: Enjoy Your New Chair

Your office chair is now ready for use! Sit back, relax, and enjoy the comfort and support provided by your new GGCIR chair.
